Comprehensive Emergency Skills Training Manikin(medical model) medical model,traning manikin, emergency manikin, teaching model GD/ACLS1500 is designed according to experts experience and advice in the first-aid field and in accordance with the neonatal anatomical characteristic. Complying with AHA (American Heart Association) 2005 emergency guideline for CPR and ECC, GD/ACLS1500 provides different levels of training only for ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and neonatal nursing via friendly man-machine interface, and also provides vivid and realistic emergency scenes for emergency physicians to train the first aid operation. The product is made of imported material with soft, elastic and not easily deformed skin, which is a good helper for pediatric teaching

Features:

1. Neonatal manikin, made of imported material, with soft and elastic skin

2. Exercise of placing gastric tubes: gastric lavage

3. Umbilical cord nursing: catheter intubation, ligation and cutting of the umbilical cord, fluid flows along the umbilical cord, replacing of chest skin;

4. Bone marrow puncturation: simulate bone marrow puncture in the tibial tuberosity position; obvious body surface symbol; simulated bone marrow would flow out if the puncture position is correct;

5. Simulation of vital sign: pupil observation, Pupil LCD is CSTN pseudo-color, 65k color, RGB. Diameter range is 1-9mm. Pupil states: normal, mydriasis, and myosis, etc; simulate carotid arterial pulse;

6. Airway management: realistic mouth, nose, tongue, gum, pharynx, larynx, esophagus, epiglottis, trachea and tracheal ring; can practice tracheal intubation, sputum suction, oxygen inhaling and incision of tracheal nursing; there is alarm warning if pressure is exerted on the teeth during intubation. The transducer would monitor automatically if the tracheal intubation is correct, and also support auscultation way to detect intubation position ;

7. CPR Operation Training: multiple breathing ways by mouth to mouth, mouth to nose and simple respirator to mouth; electronically monitor airway open, respiratory times, frequency and volume, and compression times, frequency, position and depth; automatically judge the ratio of respiration and chest compression.; show data with English voice prompts during the whole process;

8. AED training: Multimedia animation displays AED operation, support real and simulated AED training; Provide electrode patch and electrode button through automatically external defibrillator, automatically monitor if ECG need defibrillation , English voice prompts during the whole process;

9. Defibrillation and pacing training: Multimedia animation displays the operation of medical defibrillator, which can match defibrillators and pacemakers of different factories and types to realize real defibrillation and pacing. Be Equipped with simulated defibrillator and pacemaker, can choose the defibrillation energy, the maximal energy of defibrillation is 360J, can save customer’s cost for buying real defibrillators and pacemakers and achieve same effect;

10. Training and assessment: With a large number of test questions; support ECG, emergency theoretical knowledge, emergency scenes, cases and CPR training and assessment;

11. ECG monitoring: realize monitoring of simulated ECG and real ECG via finger-piece blood oxygen detecting head; storage of thousands of normal and abnormal electrocardiogram;

12. Provide many kinds of drug therapy and typically auxiliary examination, chest X-rays, and UCG(Ultrasonic cardiography);

13. Emergency scenes script training/ assessment, script/case editing: a number of multimedia animation, vivid reproduction of real emergency scenes; the system provides a wide range of common cases; support user-editing simulated first- aid cases;  changes of pathogenetic condition and studentsâ€?operation process will be automatically recorded;

14. Neonatal nursing: hair combing, face washing, eye washing and administering, otic drops and irrigation, oral cavity nursing, venipuncture, injection and transfusion(arm), intramuscular injection in bilateral deltoid , vastus lateralis and buttock, male and female urethral catheterization, sponge washing, bandage, replacing of clothes, cold and hot therapy, umbilical cord nursing;

15. Limbs joints: bend, rotation, upper and lower movement

16. LAN teaching: teaching for all students, self-study, practice and assessment, teacher’s computer can monitor all the students�computer;

17. Be available for standalone version and online interactive version. Standalone version can be upgraded to online interactive version.
